My name is Meghan Hale and I am very excited to start the new school year here at East Jackson Elementary! Since I will be working closely with your students, I would like to tell everyone a little bit about myself. I graduated from Waterford Kettering High School in 2004. From there, I decided to attend Central Michigan University to get my teaching degree. I graduated in 2010 and set out into the world to find my first teaching job. Over the years I have worked in Battle Creek as a Kindergarten teacher and had some great opportunities at Robinson as a 4th grade Math teacher, 4/5 grade Music teacher, 6th grade Science teacher and 4th grade Science teacher. I am so excited to be taking on this new journey with you and your kids. I have an adorable, fat chihuahua who loves food more than life itself. I love Detroit sports but I am especially fond of the Red Wings and watch/go to as many games as I possibly can. I try to work out when there is time and I love to run races. I have successfully completed the color run and tough mudder. Teaching has always been my passion and I am very eager to continue the school year!
I believe that to be a successful teacher, communication with students and parents is very important. I want to invite you to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at East Jackson Elementary with any questions or concerns that you may have throughout the school year. I would like you to come to me with more concerns rather than none at all.
I appreciate your cooperation and your participation in your child's education. I can't wait to work with you all throughout the of the school year!
