I attended Central Michigan University to earn my teaching degree. After graduating, I returned home to begin my teaching career at East Jackson Middle School where I had attend many years prior. The 2020/2021 school year begins my 20th year teaching. I have taught a variety of grades in my 20 years from 2nd to 8th grade and a couple of high school classes.

I enjoy spending time out of school with my family and participating in outdoor activities, mostly when it is above 40 degrees. I have three children that make me a very busy mom!
