I grew up in Hillsdale and graduated from Camden-Frontier High School in 2002. I attended Olivet College to pursue my degree in Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Sport, I also have a minor in History. This is my ninth year teaching and my third with East Jackson teaching PE at the both the Secondary and Elementary buildings. Previous stops include Delavan Schools in Delavan, IL and Shabazz Academy in Lansing, MI.

Along with teaching, I am also involved with athletics, currently being the JV Baseball coach. Previous coaching stints have been as a Student-Assistant Basketball Coach at Olivet College, Assistant Football Coach at Harper Creek Schools in Battle Creek, Varsity Softball at Delavan.

I currently live in Mason with my wife Lindsey and our two children Ethan(6) and Nora(2)
