What is the PTCO?
The PTCO (Parent Teacher Community Organization) is a volunteer group that meets once a month and carries out many events that benefit all children at EJ grades K-6. The PTCO fellow members are parents, Grandparents, Friends, and Neighbors who volunteer their time and efforts. They organize events and raise funds to pay for a wide variety of activities the EJ children enjoy and participate in. A complete list is below. The PTCO contributes time and money to supplement what the school cannot fully fund.
PTCO meetings are held monthly. We share important information regarding a variety of school activities, all which benefit your student’s learning experience. The PTCO would like to see an increase in parent/guardian/grandparent involvement, share in decision making, and allow the opportunity for information to be spread more effectively.
